Privacy Policy
Effective 16 July 2026
Launch1Labs LLC operates launch1labs.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short and specific on purpose: this is a company website, not a consumer product, and we collect very little.
1. What we collect
What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your email address, and — only if you choose to fill them in — your name, your company, what you tell us you're working on, and which area you selected (advisory, build support, or funding). Nothing on that form is required except an email address, because we need somewhere to reply.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser information. We use it to understand which parts of the site people actually read. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we run no advertising or third-party tracking pixels of any kind.
Administrator accounts. The private administration area uses Google Firebase Authentication. It is restricted to our own staff by an explicit allowlist; there is no public sign-up, and visitors do not get accounts.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for or want sensitive personal information.
2. How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you and to have the conversation you started — nothing else. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters or automated follow-up sequences. We use analytics to improve the site.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Our only service provider is Google LLC, which hosts this site and stores what you send us: Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud Run serve the site, Google Firestore stores contact-form submissions, Gmail delivers the notification email to us, and Google Analytics provides usage measurement. Data is processed in the United States. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
4. Retention & deletion
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as the enquiry is commercially relevant, and delete them when it isn't. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' own retention settings. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us and we'll action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honour the same requests regardless of where you live.
Most browsers let you block cookies, and Google publishes a Google Analytics opt-out add-on if you'd rather not be measured at all.
5. Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
6. Contact
Questions, or want your data removed? Email launch1labs@gmail.com and a person will read it.
